Epson Stylus NX400 Driver Download - NX400 is aimed at home use, so it does not have a clear office-centric features such as a fax modem and automatic document feeder (ADF). But it goes further than a few AIO home by leaving out the ease even as the front panel menu selection or the utility software to let you scan and e-mail or scan and fax using your computer fax modem. All but one of our test fonts that you may use for business or school work that is easily readable and well formed at 8 points, and only one highly stylized font with thick strokes needed more than 12 points to pass the threshold. Text does not have a laser sharp quality I want in, say, the resume. But unless you need to print at sizes smaller than 8 points, it's good enough for most purposes.

Graphics quality is a strong point. some dithering in the form of relatively fine graininess, but it is more than balanced by the ability of NX400 to print thin lines that other printer lost entirely.

Overall, the graphics are easy enough for home projects such as printing a party invitation or calendar and business output like PowerPoint handouts to bring to the office. Depending on how much of a perfectionist you are, you can even consider the graphics are good enough to print the output is intended for potential customers that you need to impress with your professionalism. In addition to Copy mode, the front panel including mode, which allows you to place up to two 4-by-6 photos or a 5-by-7 on the flatbed, pre-scan to let NX400 find a photo or photos, and then scan and print copies, with a selection of their scale as large as the size of the letters. This feature also works in my tests with a 4-by-6 and 3-by-4 at the same time, and it can scale images up to the size of the letters. It does not work at all, however, the original is larger than 5 by 7.
