Photo quality, unfortunately, not only under par, is in the same range as what I would expect to see from a mono laser. The quality is good enough to print recognizable images from Web pages, but I will not use it for anything more demanding than that. Although deficiencies in the quality of output, and quality especially photographs, Brother HL-3170CDW offers a lot like, with speed, excellent paper handling, and support for mobile printing . If the image quality even a little better, it would be a potential competitor for the Editors' Choice.
